This website has no forms. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive the data you send us: name, phone number, email and trip details (dates, places, number of passengers, flight information).

Why and legal basis

To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and manage bookings. Legal basis: your consent when you contact us, pre-contractual measures at your request, and performance of the service contract.

Retention

Only for as long as necessary to handle your request and the service, and then for the legal periods required (for example tax and accounting obligations).

Recipients

We do not sell your data. We may share what is strictly necessary with drivers or partner providers who carry out your service, and with authorities when legally required. WhatsApp is provided by Meta, which processes messages under its own terms and privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to hola@goplusone.es, attaching proof of identity. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
